Syrup

This is the shortest peom I ever made. I guess it is somewhat an idea I got just a few hours ago. Stupid, I know, but whatever.

Ridiculously Sweet

it was raining
buckets and buckets
of lies
drip, drip, drip
went your honey-drenched voice
lulling me to a diabetic coma
until I woke up, startled
coughing up slimy stringlike
sugar liquid
then I realized
you are too ridiculously sweet
to be true.
