My parents are in Hong Kong right now. And did you know what they SMS-ed my sister?

Like what the?! You're in Hong Kong - do you have to remind me while you're out strolling in some person's country?! SIGH. But I heard they're going to buy me a Nike pants so I'm not really bothered. In fact, I'm pretty happy when they get back since I found these sneakers I love!

Remember the time when I said I want the shoes Hilary wore in the Cinderella movie! Exactly! I think vintage sneakers are making a comeback since Hils is wearing them, and in the movie I,Robot (which rocks my socks, by the way)Will Smith wore this real awesome black Converse sneakers and even Jennifer Garner wore sneakers in her latest movie, 13 Going To 30. Shall I say more?!

I saw these real awesome sneakers in a magazine once - bet it doesn't exist in M'sia. They're hot pink with a cute pirate-ish skulls at the side and they're gorgeous! Anyway, yesterday, I went to Sunway Pyramid with my cousin, Roki and my sis Diyanah and then I remembered the pink sneakers I wanted. So we went to the Converse shop but unfortunately, they don't have the pink I wanted. They have this faded pink with red outlines but they don't look tempting. However, I saw this grey ones with pink outlines and they look so cute! I changed my mind. I - WANT - THOSE - GREY - ONES. They're just cute!!

I swear Shaen had influenced me or something. I never gone crazy about shoes before. I can't wait till he came back to Malaysia so we can go shopping together! Heh. I'll be gone by then -

Anyway, the irony is that Roxy have those pink shoes I want!!!! But they aren't really the vintage sneakers type and worth RM134 bucks. Eventhough with the whole 50-70% sale, it's still expensive. Remembering my thrifty parents, I might as well forget it. Besides, it was a clearance sale. Some money-laden chick has probably bought 'em right now.... :(

I wish my parents are here. Weird enough, I miss them already. Weird. I guess I got used to my Mum screaming at me to stop playing the computer. Oh and anyway, last Saturday, I am unfortunate enough to be dragged to watch one of the lamest - and I mean lame! - Malay movie that was ever made. It was 'Aku No.1'. Even the title sucks.

Somebody told my mom that the movie was good (who was that crazy nutter??) and she dragged us through the whole ordeal. At first, I didn't want to go and got ready my whining speech. But I guess my Mum is kind of stressed out with her work lately and since I can't be a cheer-upper (b'coz I'm down in the dumps too) so I just do whatever. I forgot to bring a jacket too - I never thought it would be that cold. Bought the ticket and got into the cinema. There was just 14 ppl or something in there including us. And most of them are couples who just want to go to a dark place to grope themselves. There were so many empty seats that I could just took a row of seats to sprawl on.

Anyway, this movie is full of fake hair, drag queens (and kings), bad usage of English, and slapsticks jokes that make you feel like ripping a human body apart. It was that bad. At first I sniggered a bit, here and there, but when I realised the movie is going nowhere, I couldn't help but to fall asleep. My Dad was snoring every five minutes. Search a good spot on the seat and close your eyes...

But curse that Aznil and Azwan!! Can't they talk more quietly ?! I kept waking up listening to them gossiping about on the screen. And my feet was freezing. That is as far as you get. Aznil and Azwan, both in the ugliest clothes and wigs unimaginable that you swore that it is way too gay even for them. TOO GAY! The plot is about two top tv hosts trying to top each other from who is the most popular one and to bag the Best TV Host Award. And that is it. Nothing else babey! It is crap I tellya. They don't even do anything to top each other out! They just gossip around and call each other names and try to do a daring act in public and that is it. They don't do anything at all! The whole movie is about those two gay mean bitching about each other. What a story. Suddenly, I feel embarassed to be a Malaysian....

Oh and there is a love story between Aznil and Jeslina but it still sucked.IT SUCKS!! Whoever liked this movie is just a bit as stupid as those two 'top' so-called celebrities. Bloating with cliches and boring jokes, I was begging for the end. When it end, I just went out as if nothing had happened.
