a suggestion

ok, some of you might know that my aunt passed away the other day. it wasn't a complete surprise for me as she's been sick for awhile and a part of me is relieved that she was spared from anymore pain. it's rather odd to get used to her not being around anymore since she had lived with us in kajang for more than a year. i can still remember her walking around the house, watching tv or cooking in the kitchen. it feels odd. i felt more odd when i'm in her room. however, i am completely fine and there's nothing you guys should worry about.

now, as you all know, my birthday is coming up. i think i am less bossy about my presents this year. haha. well, just a hint, i am really really into bags now. yes. any type of bags really. however! i would like it if its not in dark colours because i have a brown one and a black one already. the same rules of don'ts still applies for this year. haha! oh you know, no socks, no books, no clothings, no picture frames etc etc. stuff that you won't want for your own birthday either...

well, now you're wondering, why is the title for this blog post is called a suggestion? well, it is because the house birthday party i have planned earlier is cancelled. i know, i know, some of you guys wanted to go to my house but i have a number of reasons why i cancel it, ok? plus, it benefits everyone!

one. after the death of my aunt, i have second thoughts. for one, i feel odd that i'm doing a party when she has passed away quite recently. and i guess, i'm not in the mood for a 'big birthday bash' sort of thing anymore. so, i guess, this influenced me partly on making this decision. i told my mum about it and she agrees.

two. i already have this doubt earlier on but i really honestly think that people are less and less thrilled of going all the way to kajang the second time around. oh sure, i made people vote and asked around and made them promise to go but still! remember the last one i did? last time, the list stretched on to more than 20 people but only around 11 came. some couldn't make it, cancelled last minute etc. etc. point is, even how perfect the date, i think some of you may not go onto the final date. thus, i think it will be really sucky for you guys who come to my house to only find.. i dunno... 7 people around? it won't be a proper party! so, tak best! so, taknaklah! haha. i mean you went all the way with the ktm and whatnot, and just seven people to go nuts with. it's so... meh.

three. time time time. the date i picked was on the 23rd of april. its on monday. its the only day where two of my favourite people (gg is not free on weekends while azfar is not free on other days) are free. the thing is, it's on monday. so even though some of you guys can make it on monday by skipping work or class, you still have to attend the next day. and i just think that it's so kesian for you guys to slave a whole day for me and brave for the next. someone once said going to my house is like an adventure, well, you guys can't afford an adventure now with ur crazy schedules!! so, to not menyusahkan people, it's better with a lowkey lunch.

x. mahfuz is working there! so we might finally get to see him since he's being very anti social with us lately. no excuses.
x. and since he works there, DISCOUNT MAH. haha.

but i'm all out for suggestion here. AND DON'T EVEN THINK OF SUGGESTING PARADE OR PYRAMID. seriously, i have enough of parade and pyramid ok. i don't get it with these subang people. THERE IS A WORLD OUTSIDE SUBANG, FOLKS. AMAZING YET TRUE.

you know, i'd love to just hang and not think about transport or time. let time flow through our fingers. just enjoying each other's company. no rush. hmm. because i think that no one could afford to relax nowadays anymore. sigh. either way, this is up for suggestions. but the date is set ok? 23rd april. monday.

sorry about cancelling the party but... i just feel it's the right thing to do. :(
