yesterday, i've watched CINTA! BEST MALAY MOVIE EVER. more commercial than sepet and gubra. i love love love love cinta. you think this is a typical malay movie? think again! you might think it's a rip-off of love actually but when you watch it, you know it can stand on its own. they are some happy scenes, sad scenes and even funny scenes! seriously, i am really proud of this malaysian piece. because it's so berkualiti! haha. watching the feel-good romantic scenes makes me wanna fall in love! hahha. it looked nice. the sad scenes are really gut-wrenching. really. the thing about some malay movies are that they are devoid of emotions. too much talk and no feeling. but this movie is practically overflowing with emotions!

all the actors and actresses could carry their parts really well. they ALL are loveable. seriously. i love all of the characters in the movie. especially this guy who is a hopeless romantic. oh man, his tale is so SAD. makes me wanna cry. i love him. in fact, when i think about it, almost all the guys that i ever had a crush on turns out to be a hopeless romantic. hmmm... i'm such a sucker for that type of guys. haha.

seriously! go watch it! in fact, if anyone of you guys want to go for a group outing to watch it, COUNT ME IN! i wanna watch again and again and again. the cinematography is AMAZING. it makes malaysia so pretty that at times i wonder if it is the same country. the soundtrack is awesome jugak. everything lah best! best best best! go go go watch it! don't buy pirated because you can't see the colours and everything well enough! semangat nasionalisme! haha.

it's not just a malay movie though most of the characters are. heck even the dialogue is english + malay.

i think everybody of all races should watch it because after all, love is universal!
