Sleeping at 8 and waking up again at 11 p.m. is never a smart thing to do. But today tops the list of boring days. After yesterday, where I stayed in a mall for 9 hours, today is just... blergh. Anyway, busy downloading songs from obscure bands. I'm beginning to move out of my 'radio-friendly punk rock' phase. I don't know - the idea of cute vocalists wailing lovey-dovey lyrics just don't seem appealing anymore. Heh. :)

Have you ever seen Pete & Pete Show (or something like that)?It's about two redhead brothers that have the same name. That show is weird. It makes you go, 'What the..'. Anyway, when I was a kid, I like to watch it. And I do not know why! Once, there is this one episode where the whole town goes crazy because the public telephone keeps ringing non-stop. There's even a organisation to help 'traumatised' people from the ringing phone! I think it's a genius idea. Anyway, I downloaded this song - Hey Sandy from Polaris and it's the theme song! It so reminds me of my childhood.

Anyway, happy Chinese New Year to those who celebrate it (and practice it just because of tradition) ! I've been listening to some popping fire crackers in the background. The great thing about CNY is that my school is having a one week break, which to tell you the truth, is HEAVEN. Met up with friends yesterday and bonded with cousins (and cousin's bf. Yes, it's the guy with blond streaks. And yes, I'm trying to persuade him to never dye that colour. EVER AGAIN.). All adds up to 9 hours! You got that right - nine. Maybe the longest hours I ever been into a shopping mall.
