Cacat-ed

I got new glasses yesterday at Subang Parade. It's red in colour.

New glasses. Red in colour. Major dork on the loose.

It all started with a day in the Kancil Tuition Centre. We were having a break and even though I haven't gone to many Kancil tuitions, I know the food here sucks. As in dry, tasteless and not tempting at all kuih muih was served. Once, curry puffs were served and it tasted very bad. Very very bad. It has dal instead of curry for the insides! Who would do that in the first place?! Why do you think we call curry puffs as CURRY puff again?? For the curry! D'oh!

But last time was much more worse. They didn't serve us any food at all. So you can imagine a classful of students complaining and yelling and asking for food. You should see gg, I tell you! She was sprinkling the F words all over the place because the dude didn't see her when he passes candies to the students. Yep, you got that right - we didn't even get candies! In the end, we were (finally) given 50 cent candies for appetizers and cookies of many varieties. We looked like hungry-stricken African kids... And some of these kids live in those huge bungalows in USJ!

Anyway, while the other kids hurried out for the food, we stayed behind. We as in Tasnim, gg, Haziqah and yours truly. My old spectacles were safely on my desk. Then, a sudden change of fate, I accidently knocked all my stuff from the desk onto the floor. Weird... Very un-Atikah indeed... But just days ago I knocked my own chair over and I still didn't know how I did it... Curious and curiouser... And so, I picked up all my stuff and realised that my spectacles were gone! Dum dum dum!! I searched through under all chairs but failed to find it. And so, there goes my spectacles to the big wheel in the sky...

And so, I'll receive my new spectacles tonight at 8. My social life will sucked for awhile - but at least the world is clearer! And I don't have to bother if I looked messed up or anything because I am messed-up. My tudung will be all weird because the of the specs. GAH!! And I have to wear it at all times! Damn damn damn damn damn damn damn damn.....
